How the Fraser Valley Labour Council Works |
The Fraser Valley Labour Council committed early in its development to a participatory and inclusive structure which encourages union delegates to become involved. Through various planned community-based activities and active meeting styles, delegates join in and create the success we have. Each meeting has a working session with planned goals to achieve at that meeting in three key areas: Education, Political Action, and Organizing. Working under the guidance of our Strategic Plan, the Council aims to continue to engage members on a more active level to achieve positive results through this productive working format. Meetings take place on the third Wednesday of each month, except July. |
